These plates are intended for extra-articular, partial-articular, and complete-articular distal radius fractures. These plates are designed for both the left and right hand.
Specification:
- The styloid fragment is held in place by an oblique plate.
- Soft tissue irritation is avoided by using a low-profile plate.
- The shaft’s oblong hole enables for temporary stability and precise plate insertion.
- 3.5 mm cortical and 4.0 mm cancellous screws were used to secure the piece.
- Plates available holes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8.
- Titanium and Stainless Steel are both available.
- Thickness 1.5 mm and width 10 mm.
Indications:
- Distal radius fracture that is unstable
- Distal radius fractures, including partial and intraarticular
- Fixation of malunited distal radius fractures after corrective osteotomy
- It fits better on the dorsum of the distal radius than the right angled T Plate.
